Next to Carthage is the small coastal town of Sidi Bou Said. The town has become very famous among tourists. Upon entering, the amount of shops and street vendors waiting for tourists stand out. Some of the homes with shops inside are beautiful.

   

One of Sidi Bou Said’s characteristic traits is its buildings, all painted white and blue.

The views of the sea from Sidi Bou Said are marvelous, especially from the bar at the edge of the town on a hill overlooking the sea.
